1. Overview
PetViron ("we," "us") helps pet owners store their pet's profile, health records and memories, and connect with pet-care providers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. We build privacy in by default.
2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone); pet information you add (profile, health records, documents, photos); provider details (bio, services, verification evidence); booking, messaging and payment metadata; and technical data such as device and usage information.
3. How we use information
To provide the service, enable bookings and delegated access, verify providers, process payments, send notifications and reminders, keep the platform safe, and comply with law.
4. Your controls
Sensitive owner and pet data is private by default. You control per-field visibility, what a provider can access for each booking, and you can revoke provider access at any time. You can export or delete your data.
5. Delegated access & providers
When you book a provider, you grant scoped, time-boxed access to specific pet information for that booking. Access is logged, expires automatically, and can be revoked. Providers may not download Care View data.
6. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service (for example, with payment and verification processors) or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with consent where required, limited analytics to improve it. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
8. Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and safety purposes. We encrypt sensitive data in transit and at rest and restrict access.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
