Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using PetViron you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including pet and provider details.
3. Owners & providers
Owners can create pet profiles and book care. Providers can list services and accept bookings. Providers are independent and are not employed by PetViron. We facilitate connections and payments; we do not provide the care itself.
4. Bookings, payments & cancellations
Bookings are subject to the provider's availability and cancellation policy shown at checkout. Payments and any platform fees are processed through our payment provider. Refunds follow the applicable cancellation policy.
5. Delegated access
When you grant a provider access to a pet, you authorize them to view the information in that access scope for the booking window. Providers must use that information only for the booking and keep it confidential.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, misrepresent your identity or credentials, harass others, or attempt to access data you're not authorized to see. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on real bookings. We may remove reviews that violate our policies.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, PetViron isn't liable for the acts of providers or owners. Emergencies should always be directed to a vet or the appropriate authorities.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll note the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
