Access is a loan, never a gift
Every provider permission on PetViron is scoped, time-boxed, audited and revocable. Here's the flow:

We suggest what a sitter needs (feeding, meds, allergies, emergency vet). You adjust every toggle.

The grant is tied to the booking window and expires automatically afterwards.

Questions owners ask
Can a sitter see my home address?
Only if you include it in the access scope for that booking. It's off by default, and you can share just what's needed (for example, entry notes) without exposing everything.
What happens when the booking ends?
Access expires on its own at the end of the booking window plus a small buffer. You never have to remember to turn it off — though you can revoke earlier.
Are medical documents ever public?
No. Medical documents are never shown publicly unless you explicitly enable it, and they're never part of a standard sitter's Care View.
How are providers verified?
Providers move up tiers as they verify email/phone, ID, a background check and insurance. Their profile badges reflect exactly how far they've gone.
